Purpose and Use Case – Understanding the people you will collaborate within a group is critical. We often do not ask questions and instead just try to interpret base don what we see and hear. Often, that is not enough. Consider using assessments in your work with people. They are not “the” answer but a part of the assessment and information gathering. I hope you find this helpful as the previous students have over the years.

  2. Share the results and discuss how they impact your work in groups during your first group meeting

  • One page summary on how you will use these results to improve your program and leadership experience. Really THINK on this one. –  I want more than superficial answers.
    • What did you learn about yourself
    • How will these results help you be a better teammate, a better co-worker, a better cohort member, a better leader?
  • You will use the two assessments in the Lesson 2 Group Discussion as a way to get to know each other better.
