Purpose and Use Case – Understanding the people you will collaborate within a group is critical. We often do not ask questions and instead just try to interpret base don what we see and hear. Often, that is not enough. Consider using assessments in your work with people. They are not “the” answer but a part of the assessment and information gathering.
