Choose a question from the file labelled “Preset Questions for Research proposal 2021” and answer the following questions in 250 (the 250 words does not include the question itself): 
1. Briefly outline your area/topic and its importance by presenting at least TWO recent articles in the field. These articles must have been published within the last few years. Use these articles to highlight a ‘gap’ in the literature. A ‘gap’ in the literature is an area which is yet to be explored.

2. What are the phenomenon/theories you will be examining? Can use point form. 
3. What is the aim of your proposal (what do you hope to achieve?)? This should be a single statement.
4. What is/are your hypothesis/es? As per your resources and our tutorial in Week 2, hypotheses should be clear, testable, and directional. A sentence per hypothesis.
5. What is the analysis plan?
I have attached the marking criteria as well as an example essay that should be followed. There is also a template with all the questions on there as well.
