Some essential communication skills are good body language, ask open-ended questions, be open and honest, and meet people where they stand. Body language can help to communicate positive, constructive, and collaborative intent toward others (Elsheikh, 2017). Good body language means making good eye contact, and to express neutral and positive emotions with your arms, hands, and face.
