Create a powerpoint about a protein methodology

The method and scientific paper will be provided, but you can use the other scientific sources – just be sure to attach the references. The PowerPoint should be presented in 5 minutes (about 5 – 10 slides) with the following contents (please add the pictures or animation for more interesting):
1. Introduction of the method :
a. principle of the method.
b. application of the method
2. Methodology (detailed): the most important part
3. Interpretation of the result (if any)
4. Advantages/ Disadvantages – Do you have any suggestions to improve the method
Please include a word file or the presentation notes of what you gonna speak if you are presenting the topic in each slide.
