Find your passion and Setting the right goals

2.1 Find your passion:
This talk is by Hamdi Ulukaya, a Turkish-Kurdish businessman and philanthropist. He
talks about the importance of people over profit and the “anti-CEO playbook”. This
playbook prioritizes people over profit. People are what make a company profit, without
them, a company cannot succeed. He tells a story of a personal experience to explain
this concept.

setting system that works for businesses, teams and even individuals. The objectives are
what you want accomplished and the key results are how you are going to accomplish
them. He explains how a lot of us are setting goals wrong or don’t set them at all. Our
