Media assignment:
Students can choose from and watch one of the following TV shows or movies that feature a character on the Autism Spectrum:Three episodes of Young Sheldon (TV show)
Three episodes of Big Bang Theory (TV show)
Two episodes of Bones (TV show)
Two episodes of Criminal Minds (TV show)
Rain Man (movie)
The Imitation Game (movie)

Students will create explanation what the television or movie character taught them about ASD. Based on what they have learned to date in the course (and referencing course material), the student will indicate whether the depiction of the character’s ASD symptoms is accurate.
