Make the requested policies by following the “Assisted Living in B.C. A handbook for operators”

– You have to follow the instructions in the handbook. So complete the policies in the pdf attachment “21-31” below
-If something doesn’t seem right or doesn’t look right then please follow the instructions in the handbook and make your own policies.
– Also, each page has yellow sticky notes on them so please follow those instructions. If they don’t open on your laptop fully you could open them on your phone and see what they say.
