During this course I learned couple things within issues in Criminal Justice. First, I learned a lot about collaboration between different agencies. The way they work together and operate to defeat and catch all criminals. Talking about collaboration in our papers made me realize that its very big step that helped the whole country fight against drugs in the beginning of it all. Since then collaborations are big part in catching criminals and preventing different attacks on US soil. I also learned a lot bout private security. Private security was my topic for the whole course group project. Back in 2015 more private guards were employed than, police officers. (Provost, 2017) I learned a a lot about private security during this class, lots of good and lots of bad things about it. Private security are people who willing to sacrifice their lives to save someone who hired them. It says a lot about those people. In return they are getting paid lots of money. Since I learned a lot about collaboration I will be looking for way to collaborate with someone in some kind of project. Its not easy but it will get me out my comfort zone and make me think differently. Working with others is not an easy task, especially if everyone has different mindsets and thoughts. Even when teams are different they still could be interested in the project if get them motivated.
