Consumption Environments This is an amazingly cool video that was a PBS Special pushing 20 years ago now. I still learn from it. In each of these vignettes there are key “take-home” messages. These take-home messages tell us a lot about consumers and SALES!  Watch all of this movie and provide your thoughtful commentary on what take-home messages you see in each vignette; what does this mean for hospitality sales, are we the clutter??  In 2021 what are your thoughts? What DO YOU THINK is the path to a solution.In many ways, this is one of those parts of this class that I am most excited about.
