Flexibility assesment

For lab 4, you will use the experimental report format that you used previously to complete a lab which uses one of the flexibility assessment methods of your choice. Perform this test on someone you know or yourself. Be creative if you do not have access to standardized assessment tools. The report should consist of an introduction, methodology, result, and discussion/conclusion sections. The introduction should be a minimum of 2 paragraphs and should use a minimum of 2 peer reviewed sources.
