For this last writing assignment, please take the chronic disease you wrote about in Week 2 and design a workout program for someone with that disease. You must identify the reasons why you have chosen to design the prescribed program and how it will benefit an individual with the condition. Please use the same basic format as the Week 2 writing assignment: introduction, body, conclusion, and reference list. You are welcome to use headings as well, but they are not required. And while there is no set length, most papers will likely fall in the 7-10 page range.Remember that HALF of the paper grade will come from basic mechanics–using APA citations and references (remember that these are different, and that you can only list articles in the references if you’ve cited them in the paper), having/using 10 peer-reviewed sources, and good grammar/spelling. The other HALF of the grade comes from the workout (how), its benefits (what), and the justification (why). It would be good to start with an overview of your chosen condition to set the stage for the intervention you’ve designed, and then tell us what it should accomplish, how the client will get to the end goal, and why the different components have been included. This program must follow the FITT-VP guidelines we’ve studied and be of an appropriate length for your chosen condition. You are also welcome to include appendices (if helpful to your explanations), but don’t forget that diet modification is forbidden as a graded part of your plan (you can describe if it is helpful, but this isn’t a nutrition class). :-)See attached for prior paper it ask to relate to!!
