discuss personality and job performance

I need to discuss personality and job performance for purposes of posting on a discussion board.  The discussion post needs to answer the question “Can personality predict performance?  What does current research tell us about the relationship between personality and job performance?”  I need to consider the  Five Factor Model to see if any of the Big Five personality factors would affect job performance when answering the questions.  I need to support  the discussion  with  at  least  three  references  to  a  peer-reviewed  source(please provide url, no books).  Length:  300- 400  words
