1. Collaborative Management – provide list of medications, treatments, dietary prescriptions, and procedures
that
have been ordered, administered, completed, and/or pending, for the patient.
2. Provide an overview of members of the
healthcare team involved in managing the care of the patient and family and the interdisciplinary goals that
have

3. Briefly list the role of the team member in the patient’s care and the ways in which the nurse collaborates
