Case Presentation Assignment – directions and tips

the Assessment tab. The following directions and tips refer to the content and format
of your Case Presentation.
Your case presentation broadly corresponds to a verbal presentation (of the type that
you were previously set, before the recent changes). Its purpose is to familiarise
yourself and your audience (the marker) with a particular case, including some of the
relevant materials relating to the case, and how it has been/or may be
useful/influential in subsequent case decisions and broader legal thinking. Part of
this task will be to clearly state what the case was about and what was decided.
You should begin by telling the marker what case your presentation will focus
