circumference and radius

I found the line of best fit which is y=3.195x-3.071. What does this even mean? How does it show any type of relationship between circumference and radius. I know there is probably some slight errors in the numbers due to lack of accuracy. But, what does this show about the relationship between radius and circumference. THANKS.
