CT Enterprises has two locations.  You have estimated the time of completion for one trailer to be 15 hours at each plant.  
During the past four weeks, you have collected data to measure the efficiency of the various processes in the system at both plants.  Your data, which you have averaged, provide you with the following information:
Plant A:
Current Production: 12 trailers                   
Estimated Time:  15 hours
Hours of Operation: 5 days per week
                                 one 10 hour shift
 
Plant B:
Current Production:  4 trailers
Estimated Time:  15 hrs
Hours of Operation:  5 days per week
                                  one eight hour shift
 
Based on your findings, which plant is more efficient?  What would you do to increase the efficiency the lesser one?  On which areas of diagnostics would you concentrate your efforts?
