Instructions
Your business client, Jones Brothers, Inc., a manufacturer of warehouse equipment, is looking to improve their cash management. They have come to Eagle Consulting for an expert review of their cash budget and are looking for recommendations for specific improvements that can improve their cash balance in the future. Provide analysis and recommendation by:
Downloading and reading the Jones Brothers’ Cash Budget and the Eagle Consulting Info Sheet
Use information from each to create a 2-3 page analysis and recommendation document that includes:A summary of Jones Brothers’ sales performance on a quarterly basis, including percentage of sales growth
Parts of the budget that increase, decrease, or remained the same on a quarterly basisComment on the importance of these changes

The end cash balance on a quarterly basis
A recommendation on the specific budget line terms that can be improved in order to positively impact future cash balances
