A large amount of work and time is dedicated to graduate coursework. As you complete your assignments for this course, consider how participation in continuing education programs factors into performance measures and appraisals. In your opinion, should additional recognition or rewards based upon the grades received in continuing education program be incorporated to the reward system? How much weight should they account for? Would the level of coursework (undergraduate vs. graduate) account for any variations in reward levels?
