Please answer the following question as fully and completely as you can, using your notes from the lectures and from the readings that we have done for the class. We discussed the election of the President according to the Constitution, via the Electoral College. We also discussed a movement called the National Popular Vote (go look at nationalpopularvote.com), which tries to bypass the electoral college without changing the constitution. Describe both processes, and then make an argument for why one is better than the other.

HINT: you must read the website to understand National Popular Vote. Read. Read. Read. Don’t guess. [I explain this in a very basic way in the Lecture Video.]
