Health Education Fact Sheetso   Select two common disease/health conditions in your selected country—they can be any combination of childhood illnesses, infectious diseases, neglected tropical diseases, or nutritional deficiencies.
o   Create an Educational Fact Sheet for each condition. The fact sheets should be geared toward educating people in your selected country who are at risk for contracting or developing the disease/health condition.
o   Each Fact Sheet must include a brief description of the “natural history” of the disease, epidemiology (What is the prevalence/incidence in that country? In the world?; How is the disease contracted/developed?), current prevention measures, and treatments available to the people of your selected country (for example, do not include a brand new vaccine or treatment that has not been approved or would probably be too expensive for a
o   Please use your own words, cite your sources properly on the Fact Sheet, and create your own graphics. 
 Has to be a creditable source. No blogs or anything like that. Should be things from like WHO, CDC, and so on.
