1. Using the Business Model Canvas framework and other readings, clearly and concisely define the value propositions for an organization you are familiar with. Then define the key organization activities required to support the value propositions, and the customer segment that is being targeted.
2. How do the nine sections of the business model canvas lead to a better understanding of what a business model is?
3. In what ways is the business model canvas useful as an enabler of business planning and business plan development? Please identify two or three ways the canvas can be helpful for business planning (in your own opinion).
