1. In your opinion, how would you decide which business processes in your organization are appropriate targets for innovation, improvement, and change? What steps would you take to identify or select a specific business process for examination and improvement? How do you know which processes in your organization require attention and, perhaps, innovation?

2. Please select a business process you are familiar with and analyze it to the best of your ability. What approach would you use to improve the process if you could? What changes or innovations would you recommend based on your current understanding of the process, even if they are only minor? What potential benefits, do you think, would emerge if you were able to improve the business process as you suggested?
