Answer the following areas in the project:
1. General Introduction about the selected topic and your project
2. Literature review – Analyze the current literature and most recent studies (e.g. research articles) on the selected topic (e.g. if your topic is about the Motivation of employees, you will analyze the most recent articles and research findings about the motivation of employees).
3. Methodology – The methodology part includes several subsections.
First of all, you have to define the research questions and research hypotheses. (A hypothesis states your predictions about what your research will find. It is a tentative answer to your research question that has not yet been tested. For some research projects, you might have to write several hypotheses that address different aspects of your research question. A hypothesis is not just a guess – it should be based on existing theories and knowledge. It also has to be testable, which means you can support or refute it through scientific research methods (such as experiments, observations, and statistical analysis of data). Example of a hypothesis: Employees in UAE organizations in the public sector are more intrinsically motivated than extrinsically.)
Secondly, you need to identify research variables. In every research, there are dependent and independent variables. An independent variable is something the researcher changes or controls. A dependent variable is something the researcher observes and measures. In our example, the independent variable is the sector in which employees work, while the dependent variable is the type of motivation.
Thirdly, present the sampling design of your study (e.g. when and where you have conducted the research, etc).
And finally, present the demographic characteristics of your respondents (age, gender, level of education, work experience, position, type of organization, etc.)
4. Analysis and Results – Analyse the data that you have collected by using suitable statistical methods and present the results of your analysis.
5. Discussion, Recommendations and Conclusions –
· In the Discussion section summarize your findings and compare them with the previous studies mentioned in the lit. review section.
· Propose a few recommendations to the industry you selected for reach based on your research work.
· In the Conclusion section summarize the entire project in a couple of paragraphs and add comments on the importance of your project. Also, tell us how your project could have been further improved – anything you wanted to do but could not do due to time or other constraints.
6. References – L list all the sources you have used to develop this project in the Reference section. Follow APA style of references.
