n Part 4 and for your final assignment for the project, assume you are presenting to the board.  You will record a 5 to 10-minute oral presentation of your top 5 health issues, the data on the issues, and your recommendations.    Use any type of recording, preferably you should load up to YouTube or provide a link that your professor access.  You can also do a cell phone recording and upload, as long the file is too big. 
Please make sure to submit the Oral Presentation file (or add the link in the text area) at the same time as your flyer as you only have one opportunity to upload the assignment. 
You will also develop a flyer for the community to help educate community members and leaders on health issues as well as health promotion tips for the public.  For the flyer, you can choose one or all of the health issues you want to address.  
The flyer should include 3 main areas.
1. Risk Factors to the Community
2. What Resources are Available to the Community
3. What are the top Preventative Measures or Solutions for the Community
