Please use the topic from these wellness, exercise, physical activity, nutrition, ergogenic aide. 
Research any topic we have discussed in class (wellness, exercise, physical activity, nutrition, ergogenic aides, etc.). Find 3 resources on your topic. ONE must be a peer reviewed, journal article that covers that topic. Creat an annotated bibliography.
You can find many peer reviewed articles on the University Library website.
Using you notes, create an infographic explaining your topic researched and detailing the findings of you articles. You may use Adobe Spark, Canva, or any other tool to create your infographic. Please make sure to use pictures/graphs/visuals and limited wording on your infographic. The viewer should be able to understand core topics and information by scanning/looking at your infographic. (Example:Spark Template) 
NOTE: An infographic is not a slide presentation or video. It is a poster graphic that uses data, images, and words to educate the viewer. 

View a classmates infographic and post a reply stating what you learned from their infographic.
