Standard 1:  Vision
Submit your final research essay, reference list, and artifacts. The final essay is 2,100 – 2,400 words (excluding the descriptor itself) and must be presented in APA format. You are required to have a minimum of six (6) total references with a minimum of four (4) from appropriate sources outside of our course text and related assignments. You may use any of our course materials as references, but know that you must have a minimum of four (4) references from external sources that you’ve researched and secured on your own. In addition, you are required to have a minimum of two (2) artifacts incorporated in your final paper with at least one (1) of the artifacts being your original work. Artifacts should be included as attachments to your final paper, but must be referenced and numbered within the text of your paper. Artifact numbering shall be by standard and presented in the order they are included in your final paper. For example, if focusing on Standard 2 (Decision Making Strategies) your artifacts need to be numbered “Artifact 2.1,” “Artifact 2.2,” etc.
