few cases (case II-VII) where enzyme reaction mechanism can not be sim-
plified to typical MM- kinetics scheme. And, authors also describe graphical
ways of estimating dissociation constants for enzyme-substrate binding for
those cases. Summarize these cases and how dissociation constants are de-
rived in these cases.
