Punnett Squares and Dominance/recessiveness: Homozygous cross
…show what happens when two brown-eyed heterozygotes reproduce together? Remember, Punnett squares show the statistical probability per pregnancy. It is like flipping a coin. It’s possible to flip a coin and get “heads” 3X in a row. People would need to have very large families in order for the Punnett Square to be “true” for each family.
So you’ll be building a Punnett square for a heterozygous browned eyed father and a heterozygous brown eyed mother.

(it gives a heterozygous cross – for tallness; it will be the same, with different letters of course).
Alleles for brown vs blue eye color are represented with the letter b (you need to know the rules for when to capitalize and not capitalize the letters).
