Explain methods that will be used to collect & analyze data

Using preliminary work from Youth Unemployment Paper 1 (Defining the Problem) & 2 (Annotated Bibliography); Develop a methodology paper: describes the procedures/methods that will be followed in designing the research (i.e., information and/or data that will be collected and how conclusions will be drawn based on the information/data to address the research question). Explain the methods that will be used to collect and analyze data. Provide details appropriate to the typology (for surveys, describe your population, sample), as necessary. Please note that we may need to narrow the scope initially outlined in Paper 1.
