Your letter must follow the following format and expectations:
1. Begin your letter with the opening salutation, “Dear Prof. Bishop”
2. Finish your letter with the complimentary closing,  “Best,”
                    (your full name goes here as seen on the roster, but you can make note of your preferred name if different)
3. Use 12 pt. font, Times New Roman
4. Do not indent your paragraphs
5. Skip a line between paragraphs.
6. Your letter MUST be uploaded as a word document on to Canvas.
7. There are 5 points I want you to address in your letter.

These 5 points are the same points that I addressed in my example letter. I shared a lot about myself that makes me feel vulnerable. It is likely you may also feel vulnerable sharing your information with me. However, I want to assure you that I am asking for this so that I can better understand and help you. I do not judge you and I do not share your information with anyone else. Please take the time to complete this knowing your information will be valued and appreciated. This is also a writing assignment so it will offer me insight into your writing skills.
